As promised yesterday, I created a proposal for voting by Masternode owners:
I ask everyone who owns a Masternode to vote on the issue of paying out rewards to bloggers from the Treasury. You can find the links on them in pinnned messages (like and comment please - its an easy way to promote BlackHat).
The voting process is really simple and you easy can do it in your BlackHat wallet (1 Masternode - 1 vote).
